EB-5 Investor Practice

The EB-5 category is perhaps the most complicated area of immigration law. Paul Ruby, managing attorney at Ruby Law Group, has many years practicing law in this field with a documented record of success at all stages of the process. Choosing the right attorney is a critical part of immigration process for any EB-5 investor.

Paul Ruby has been involved in the EB-5 industry for many years. As early as 2012, he was publishing attorney training manuals relating to Form I-526 petitions. Mr. Ruby has prepared hundreds of individual investors’ Form I-526’s and has a track record of petition approval. We have significant experience responding to USCIS requests for evidence and keep up on all the trends and changes in law and policy over time. Finally, we have prepared many I-829 petitions and similar has a track record of success there as well.

Any investor will quickly feel comfortable with Mr. Ruby’s expertise in EB-5 matters. As noted above, he has successfully prepared hundreds of investors’ petitions. In addition, he has done considerable work on the project sponsor/regional center side of the transaction as well. Mr. Ruby has written business plans and I-526 exemplar/template memoranda for dozens of USCIS-approved projects. He has a keen eye for the unique and complicated details of EB-5 law and regulation and will ensure any investors’ case is fully compliant and set up for success.

The vast majority of EB-5 investors have invested in pool investments associated with regional centers, so that naturally has been the vast majority of Mr. Ruby’s experience in this category. However, Mr. Ruby also has worked on numerous successful “Direct EB-5” matters involving individual investments by entrepreneurs in a range of industries.
